Program Name: The Vine and Vision (“Program”)

Program Description

The Vine & VisionTM is a faith-based business coaching and discipleship program designed

to help real estate agents align their business with biblical principles, discover their identity

in Christ, and walk in their Kingdom calling. The program includes weekly coaching calls,

workbooks, community access, and other digital or downloadable resources.

Payment Terms

1. Client agrees to pay the full program fee of $2,500, either in full or through an approved

payment plan.

2. All payments are non-refundable once access is granted to program materials, regardless of

participation level.

3. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of

access to materials and community spaces.

No Guarantees

While biblical principles and proven strategies are taught, Coach makes no guarantees

regarding specific business results, income, or spiritual outcomes. Client’s success depends

on their commitment, consistency, and application of the program.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and teachings are the intellectual property of The Vine & VisionTM and

may not be shared, copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission.

Confidentiality

We value trust and confidentiality. Any personal, spiritual, or business information shared

by Coach or other clients during group sessions is to remain confidential.

Conduct

This is a Christ-centered community. Clients are expected to:

1. Honor others with kindness and respect

2. Avoid divisive or offensive speech

3. Refrain from soliciting fellow clients for unrelated business

Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

Spiritual Disclaimer

This program incorporates Christian principles, scriptures, and spiritual practices. Client

understands that all teachings are rooted in biblical worldview and agrees to participate

voluntarily. The Vine & VisionTM is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, clinical therapy,

or legal advice.

Technology & Access

The program may be delivered through email, Zoom, a private community, or third-party

learning platforms. Client is responsible for having internet access and the necessary

technology to participate.

Termination

Coach reserves the right to terminate a client’s access for breach of these terms or conduct

that dishonors the spirit of the program. Termination does not void payment obligations.

Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be

communicated via email or program portal.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in The Vine & VisionTM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and

agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
