Who We Are
Vine & Vision was founded by Jessica Melendez, a highly sought-after New York real estate broker with over 15 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords across New York City and Westchester County.
Jessica built her business on integrity, strategy, and results — representing everyone from first-time homebuyers navigating complex co-op boards to seasoned investors building multimillion-dollar portfolios. Along the way, she earned a reputation for her negotiation skills, market knowledge, and commitment to her clients’ success.
But Jessica’s greatest transformation didn’t come from her business growth — it came when she surrendered her career fully to the Lord. Through that journey, she discovered that real estate could be more than transactions. It could be a ministry.
Out of that revelation, Vine & Vision was born: an 8-week discipleship and business coaching program for Christian women called to real estate. Here, faith and strategy work hand in hand. Women gain the tools to thrive in their businesses while staying rooted in Christ and walking boldly in their Kingdom assignments.
Today, Vine & Vision is more than a coaching program. It’s a community and a commissioning, a place where women are discipled, equipped, and celebrated as they step into the marketplace with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
